The second session delves into PRP (platelet-rich plasma) types, bone marrow aspiration, precision medicine strategies, emerging blood-based formulations beyond PRP, scaffolds, cytokines, pharmacologic agents, and perinatal tissue use.<br /><br />Session V (10:49–11:51 a.m.) addresses Knee Cartilage and Meniscus treatments, exploring new surgical options, management of irreparable tears, algorithms for symptomatic defects, emerging cartilage techniques, 3D scans, patient-specific osteotomies, and preservation strategies.<br /><br />Following a lunch break, Session VI (1:00–1:56 p.m.) discusses ACL and ligament management, including biologic roles, revision strategies, graft timing, slope correction, and multiligament reconstruction.<br /><br />Session VII (1:57–2:27 p.m.) features the AANA Innovations Lecture by George Muschler, M.D.<br /><br />The final session (VIII, 2:28–3:28 p.m.) focuses on the hip, covering borderline dysplasia decision-making, scope versus PAO surgery, injection options, soft tissue repair and reconstruction, and case discussions.<br /><br />The day concludes with closing remarks and adjournment at 3:35 p.m.
